The former Big Brother star, confirmed that she'd managed to get into a size 14 after she'd taken up weight lifting and running a few 5k's here and there before adding that fat jabs – that are loved by many other celebrities – are just not for her. Speaking to The Sun about her weight loss journey she said: "I did hire a personal trainer and we’ve been weight training. And then I've been running with my hairdresser Maurice. I’ve never been a runner but now I’ve been running a few 5Ks here and there."
Back in 2013 the blonde reality star stormed the charts with her workout DVD after she'd dropped jaws with her rapid weight loss regime that saw her lose six stone in weight following her appearance on Big Brother in 2010. Coming onto the drug Ozempic which better known as the fat jab – that has been loved by the likes of Gemma Collins, Jeremy Clarkson and Sharon Osborne in the past – Josie explained to the publication that it wasn't an option for her.
In talks with the same publication, Josie added: "The thing is with the fat jabs, I can understand, you know, when people get desperate and they want to do that. But it wouldn't be for me, only because I don’t want to mess around with my body, I like everything natural, I always go down the natural route. For me, I don’t want to mess around with myself like that.."
Elsewhere in the interview the 38-year-old, also went on to hail her day job at This Morning explaining that ITV "had come a long way" with ensuring they were more inclusive when it came to staff sizes being very varied to appeal to more people.
“We’re all different shapes and sizes on This Morning! And I think that’s good cos you’ve got to appeal to everybody. I think we’ve come a long way.”
I'm A Celebrity.. Get Me Out of Here! returns to ITV1 and ITVX on Sunday, November 19 at 9pm
